Dining etiquette is our most popular workshop. Adult Dinning 101 is perfect for beginners or as refresher course if you are seeking to make a great first impression to seal a business deal or confidently dine with loved ones or friends.
This two and a half-hour informative and fun filled workshop is packed with demonstrations, role play and hands-on learning experience.

Teatime is the ultimate wind down from a long day, usually early in the afternoon around 3:00pm. Teatime consist of light refreshments paired with warm tea brewed at specific temperatures to elicit the best flavors and greatest benefits. Paradise Tea is an ideal time for topical and engaging conversation and socialize. And of course -- dress in your favorite semi-formal teatime attire, fascinator hat and gloves.
Menu options may vary and will include traditional Caribbean ‘bush’ tea and other specialty teas, sandwiches, scones with cream or preserves, mini pastries or savory pattie’.
During this 1.5-hour session, participants will learn place settings, napkin etiquette, the history of tea, how tea is taken, and how to add cream, milk or sugar with poise and grace.
